Rokeach Sabbath Candles

i bought a box of 72.. why did you change the wax you use? what crap! its like plastic, burns like crap,, you have to keep trimming back the wick cause how your new plastic wax burns up twice as fast as the wick. never buy this brand again as it is right now

It seems as though the last box of 72 Shabbos Candles that we purchased were manufactured of a much inferior wax......the wax was a solid white in color (unlike the many other boxes that we purchased) these candles DO NOT melt away they just melt into the candle holders and make a tremendous mess to clean up and out of the holders why did you change the type of wax to this inferior product.....
